- Trim the base of the hat: cut off the extra fabric from the base of the hat
- Cover the hat in blue felt: Wrap medium blue felt around the sides of the hat and glue. Make cuts along the extra felt overhanging the top of the hat. Fold the flaps over the top and glue.
- Form the ears: Cut two triangles from craft foam for the ears and cover them with medium blue felt and tan felt.

- Start the face: Cut a strip of light blue felt for the center of the face and glue it in place.
- Form the eyebrows: Cut two eyebrows from craft foam and cover them with light blue felt.
- Attach the eyebrows: Glue eyebrows to the face.
- Start the snout: Cut a rounded triangle from craft foam for the base of the snout and glue it to the bottom edge of the hat and sticking out from the center of the face.
- Form the top of the snout: Cut a rectangle of craft foam for the top and sides of the snout and glue it in an upside down U shape on the face. Pull the triangle piece up and glue the edges to the sides of the snout piece. Trim the excess craft foam.

Add details to the body:
- Form the tails: Use two sheets of felt (Light blue for Bluey, orange for Bingo) as well as one sheet on the end folded over (cobalt for bluey, cream for Bingo). Hot glue or sew the seams, turn right side out and stuff with stuffing. Attach to the bottom of the back of the outfit using two safety pins.
- Add some spots: Cut a cream felt semi circle for Bingo and attach to the front of the outfit using adhesive sheets. Repeat this for Bluey, using light blue felt. Add three cobalt felt circles to the back of the outfit using adhesive sheets.
