• One black kids outfit
• Black hat
• Foam domes
• Neon green and blue glow paint
• Clear vinyl fabric
• Green foam sheet
• Yellow pipe cleaners
• Black elastic cord

• Paint foam domes neon green. Once dry, attach to hat using adhesive sheets or hot glue peel and stick felt to the bottom of the dome and stick onto the hat.
• For the wings, cut two wing shapes from clear vinyl fabric. Brush the top of the wing with neon blue glow paint. Once dry, hot glue green foam to the edges of the wing to keep its shape. Using yellow pipe clears, create wing veins and attach to the wing using hot glue.
• Once both wings are made, cut a large semi circle from green foam. Poke two holes on both the right and left side of the semi circle. Lace black elastic cord through the holes to create arm straps. Check for fit, then attach the wings to the back plate using hot glue.
