Instructions
Start your own burger joint this Halloween with our adorable Primary DIY In N Out Burger Employee costume! It's never too early for kids to learn a work ethic, right? Your little ones will be happy, warm, and ready to cook up some mischief dressed in our soft Primary essentials. The best part is, you can reuse their new Primary basics after Halloween. *
Make the apron:
- Cut the top in red in half about 8” from the bottom seam. Discard the top half.
- Cut again vertically this time, centered between the two side seams. You should now have one long piece of material.
- Make a partial cut along each side seam 6”, leaving 2” of material connected at the top.
- Finish cutting out a rectangle of material on each side. This will leave you with the apron front and 2 long pieces of material attached on each side to tie the apron with!
- You may continue to trim the straps or apron if necessary for fit.
Make the name tag:
- Take your piece of cardboard and cut it into an oval shape.
- Trace the oval on the back of your paper so that the logo is positioned at the top.
- Cut out the paper along your trace lines and glue it to the cardboard.
- Write your child’s name with a sharpie in the empty space under the logo.
- Add fabric tape to the cardboard back and attach to the babysuit.
Adjust hat size:
- Fit the hat to your baby’s head
- Use double-sided tape on the hat so it stays at the adjusted size!
Pro-Tips
- For a DIY kid In-N-Out Burger Employee, one white kids outfit and one red kids tops fabric for the apron.
