For the ears: Use thick craft foam. Cut four identical pointed ear shapes from thick craft foam. Trim two of them down to just be the helix of the ear. Attach together using foam glue. Cut a hole in each ear for the wearer's own ear.
For the champion's tunic, cut trim pieces from white peel and stick felt and attach to the vintage blue classic tee.
For the arm: Cut thin strips of brown craft foam. Attach pieces into a pattern to the sleeve of the charcoal flexknit half zip using adhesive sheets.
For the belts and harness, cut strips of faux leather felt and attach together using foam glue.
For the shield: Cut the main shield shape from thick foam. Cut a shield shape from blue craft foam and attach together using foam glue. Cut the other edge pieces of the shield from gray craft foam as well as two S shapes and three triangles from yellow foam. Attach to the shield using foam glue. Cut the rest of the shapes from red vinyl and stick to the shield.
For the sword: Add blue and yellow craft foam for adornment to a foam sword. Cut a rectangle from blue craft foam fold the edges inward lengthwise and glue along the seam to form the sword's sheath. Cut the adornment from yellow craft foam and attach to the sheath using foam glue.
Use brown boot: Or create the look of some with brown faux leather felt. Cut two rectangles from brown craft foam and glue the edges together using foam glue to form a cylinder. Cover with faux leather felt using foam glue.
