Fringe cut the bottom half of each rectangle and glue the top edge around each circle piece. Attach to the shoulders with double sided fabric tape.
For the front button panel:
- Cut a rectangle of red felt that fits over the chest. Cut and glue yellow and red felt button strips across the red felt. Attach to the top with double sided fabric tape.
For the wrist bands:
- Cut two strips of yellow felt to fit around each sleeve. Glue a thin strip of white felt across the center and attach wrist bands around the sleeves with double sided fabric tape.
