Peregrine Falcon

• One gray kids top
• One white kids outfit
• White felt
• Black felt
• Gray felt
• Stiff black felt

Tools

• Hot glue gun
• Scissors 
• Safety pins

For the wings:

• Cut a large half moon out of felt, then cut several black, white, and gray “feathers” and adhere them to the half moon (both sides) with hot glue or double-sided fabric tape in rows, working from the bottom up.
• Adhere two loops of felt to each end of the half moon for wrist straps.
• Secure the wings to the top with a couple of safety pins at the shoulders.

For the mask:

• Start with a piece of stiff yellow felt and cut eye holes for your child. Cut the stiff yellow felt in the shape of the yellow felt in the picture. Cut stiff black felt into feather shapes for the outside and hot glue together.
• Fit and hot glue a black elastic band around your child's head to hold up the mask.
