Powerpuff Girl

• One blue kids dress
• Light blue felt (1 sheet 9 x 12 inches)
• Black felt (4 sheets 9 x 12 inches each)
• White felt (1 sheet 9 x 12 inches)
• Elastic
• Fabric chalk
• Small roll of tape or something of similar size (to use for tracing)
• Double sided fabric tape
• Hot glue gun and sticks
• Scissors

For the eye mask:

• Use a cup to trace and cut two blue circles from felt. Use a small roll of tape or anything of similar size, and light colored fabric chalk to trace and cut out two black circles from felt. Cut two small white circles of felt.
• Lay the blue circles on top of a piece of white felt. Make sure the distance between circles is wide enough to cover both real eyes. Trace and cut around the outer edges of the blue circles and connect the white felt in the middle.
• Lay the black circles on top of the blue circles and glue one small white circle in the corner of each black circle.
• Glue down one edge of the blue felt, and one edge of the black felt on top. Mark out where the eye openings should go with fabric chalk and cut out through each layer of felt. Glue the remaining edges of each circle down.
• Cut a length of elastic long enough to connect to the mask and stretch over the head. Glue the ends to the sides of the mask.

For the belt:

• Cut a long wide strip of black felt that fits around the waist. Attach to the dress with double sided fabric tape.
