Rainbow Cat

Materials

• One rainbow kids dress
• Pink felt
• Yellow felt
• Pipe cleaners
• Safety pin
• Headband
• Black make-up pencil

Tools

• Hot glue gun & sticks
• Scissors

Instructions

• Create the ears:
• Cut two pink felt triangle ears.
• Cut two smaller yellow felt inner ears and glue them to the pink ears. 
• Glue the ears to a headband.
• Create the tail:
• Cut two layers of pink felt for the tail. 
• Twist 3 pipe cleaners together for strength, and make two of these. 
• Hot glue the twisted pipe cleaners sandwiched between the pink felt. 
• Bend the tail to curl as you like and safety pin the tail to the back of the outfit.
• Make-up:
• Use a black make-up pencil to draw a nose and whiskers to the child’s face.
