For the planet:

• Draw a circle onto yellow felt and a planet ring onto orange felt with a black marker.
• Cut out along the outside edge of the black lines.
• Attach the ring to the yellow planet with double sided fabric tape and attach the planet to the tee with double sided fabric tape.

For the sleeves:

• Cut thin strips of red felt and attach to the sleeve edges with double sided fabric tape.

For the shorts:

• Cut short pieces of yellow electrical tape and attach to the shorts to make the shorts pattern.
• Accessorize with purple glasses.
