• One red kids top
• One black kids bottom
• Black felt (1 sheet 9”x12”)
• Yellow felt (1 sheet 9”x12”)
• White felt (1 sheet 9”x12”)
• Red felt (1 sheet 9”x12”)
• Gold ribbon (1” wide)
• Gold ribbon (3” wide)
• Double sided fabric tape.
• Scissors

For the collar

• Cut long strips of black felt about 2” wide and hot glue strips together to get more length. Attach around the collar of the top with fabric tape.

For the pins

• Cut the pins from yellow, black and white felt and glue to a red felt base to make it easy to attach to the top. Attach with fabric tape.

For the sleeves

• Cut and attach 1” gold ribbon sleeve trim with fabric tape.

For the belt

• Cut a length of 3” wide gold ribbon for the belt with extra length to tie it. Wrap the ribbon around the waist and knot it in the front.
