What better time than a lazy summer day to crawl up in Primary PJs and read a good book? We recently asked our followers on Facebook and Instagram to share what they've been currently reading. Find something new to read for toddlers and kids of all genres. Get inspired, get cozy, and start reading!
Toddlers:
- My toddler loves Go, Dog! Go! — April
- My toddler has been loving, When Charley Met Emma, What Color is my Hijab?, Race Cars, and Same, Same But Different. — Rachel
- My son had me read Sam And The Firefly to him fifteen times today. 🤞🏻 He wants me to read literally any of the other 100+ books we have tomorrow. #toddlermomlife — Sasha
- Our toddler loves Juno Valentine and the Magical Shoes, her seek and find Sesame Street book, Where is the Green Sheep?....so many! We post about them on @harrietsbookclub 😄📚— Amy
- My one-year-old loves the Never Touch A... books. — Whitney
Kids:
- My almost 8-year-old is loving the new Baby-Sitter’s Club graphic novels. — Kristie
- My 6-year-old son is currently into the Usborne series and Billy and the Mini Monsters. — Alissa
- We are loving Nibbles: The Book Monster, The Lightning Girls, and Harriet Tubman. — Genesis
- My soon-to-be-2nd grader is devouring books. Read all the Zoey and Sassafras books. I'm ready to share Little House on the Prairie. — Michelle
- My 4-year-old loves chapter books. Her favorites right now are the Ivy & Bean series, Nancy Clancy series, and Princess in Black series. — Ashley
- All of the Meet American Girl books from my childhood! So fun to explain history and read a great girl story with my 7-year-old. — Alissa
- My 7-year-old daughter loves Phoebe and Her Unicorn graphic novels. — Megan
- My 10-year-old has been reading Nancy Drew. My 8-year-old is reading The Baby-Sitter's Club and Geronimo Stilton. — Yvette
- My 8-year-old loves the classics. His current favorite author is Jules Verne but enjoys most of HG Wells, too. My 10-year-old loves Lord of the Rings and the Last Kids on Earth series. — Alicia
- My 7-year-old is big on Dog Man and Captain Underpants. We’re branching out to the Magic Treehouse series this summer. 📚— Whitney
