Primary Color Camp: Monochromatic Fruit Salad
Refreshing, easy and on-theme – what could be better?
Eating your greens gets a little more fun in today's installment of Color Camp. We're putting together a beautiful fruit salad to match our color of the week, green, and using all our favorite fruits for a sweet summer snack.
This "recipe" is super flexible, and can be customized with any ingredients. We're highlighting some of our favorite examples below, and we love how creative some friends got with this art fruit salad.
Color inside the lines, and choose only green ingredients – like green grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi and green apple – or take a more tonal approach and incorporate complementary colors with fruits like blueberries, blackberries, dragon fruit or pineapple.

The possibilities are literally endless. Try out different dressing combinations while you're at it – our favorite is a little bit of honey and lime mixed together, the sweetness and acidity make fresh flavors pop. Don't forget your green summer styles for the whole family for a fun and healthy day!
