Instructions
The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence– but the flowers are beautiful on both sides! Your little bud can bloom into their full potential this Halloween with our Primary DIY Flower costume. Shakespeare wrote that a rose by any other name would smell as sweet – but we're pretty sure it still wouldn't be as sweet as candycorn. With our Primary essentials your kiddo will be soft as moss and warm as a sunflower all evening long.
- Glue tissue paper flowers to green cap: Use a green baseball cap and hot glue pre-made tissue paper flowers to the top. Or, you can make tissue paper flowers by folding a stack of multiple layers of tissue paper in any color into a thin, long, accordion.
- Tie and fluff tissue paper: Tie a knot of string around the center of the accordion, and and round the corners of each end. Gently pull out and fluff each layer of tissue paper. Make enough to cover the cap.
