Instructions
We know your little one is incredible – but WHICH Incredible are they? Whether you've got a little Dash, Violet, Jack Jack, Elastigirl, or Mr. Incredible on your hands, we've got just the costume for them this Halloween. Super-suit up with our easy and iconic Primary DIY Incredibles costume, using our soft Primary essentials. Supervillains, and store-bought costumes, have nothing on this iconic look for the whole family!
For the emblem:
- Print out this Incredibles emblem template.
- Cut a black rectangle and fold in half. Cut a U shape to make an oval.
- Use the black oval as a guide to cut an orange oval.
- Trim the orange edges to make 2 tapered curves.
- Cut an “i” from yellow felt.
- Glue pieces together to make the Incredibles emblem.
For the masks:
- Print this incredibles mask template.
- Cut a black felt rectangle the width of the face.
- Fold in half and cut out half the mask shape.
- Use fabric chalk to draw the eye openings and cut out. Note: Place the mask over the child’s face to mark where the eyes are if you’re not sure.
- Cut elastic 1-2 inches shorter than the child’s head at the mask sides.
- Glue elastic onto the mask.
For the belts:
- Cut and glue two strips of orange felt together.
For the wrist and leg bands:
- Cut two black felt rectangles for the wristbands and use double sided fabric tape to secure together.
- Use double sided fabric tape to attach the emblem to the top or babysuit.
- Cut two long black felt rectangles for the leg bands and use double sided fabric tape to secure together.
For the assembly:
- Add the shorts or baby swim bottom in black and attach the belt around the waist with double sided fabric tape.
- Use double sided fabric tape to attach the Incredibles emblem to the chest.
