Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum

• One yellow kids top
• One red kids skirt
• One par of white tights
• Red baseball cap
• Yellow cardstock paper
• Round head fastener (for paper, brass)
• White felt (2 sheets 9”x12”)
• Royal blue felt (2 sheets 9”x12”)
• Double sided fabric tape
• Hot glue gun and sticks
• Safety pins
• Scissors

For the hat

• Cut a propellor from yellow cardstock and poke a round head fastener in the center. Make a small hole at the top of the red cap and insert the round head fastener and bend the legs to secure it to the cap. This allows the propellor to actually spin!

For the collar

• Cut a wide “U” shaped collar from white felt and attach to the top with double sided fabric tape.

For the bow

• Use one sheet of blue felt for the bow and cut a skinny strip of felt from another sheet for the center. Fold the sheet of blue felt like an accordion and wrap the skinny strip of felt around the center. Hot glue it together and safety pin it to the center of the collar.
