Before Primary, Galyn spent many years building and marketing several brands for busy parents, from Baby Einstein to Diapers.com, and then she built Primary because all those brilliant babies in diapers need some clothes to wear.

In addition to launching and marketing nine successful e-commerce sites, Christina was one of the first employees at Diapers.com. Her then 2-year-old son appeared in one of their first ads in a diaper. This time around, he asked if he could please wear something respectable.

Eboni joins us after receiving her master’s in dance/movement therapy and traveling North America for the past three years on tour with a modern dance company. She loves dancing, eating and traveling the world and when she was just ten years old, she informed her parents that she would be moving to New York City. We are so happy she did!

Jodie comes to Primary with degrees in Psychology and Organizational Psychology, so her love for people runs deep! She discovered her passion for HR while selling knives for Cutco and then landed her first big gig at Diapers.com. When she isn't scheming up ways to make our employee experience top-notch, she loves cooking, watching cooking competition shows, and playing mean games of online Scrabble in between. 

After spending 6 years growing with Bonobos when they were just a startup and eventually heading up their operations, Alex has joined us to manage and improve our processes here at Primary. Graduate of University of Michigan, pickup basketball player, beach goer and family guy can be found trying out new restaurants around the city and giving us all the recommendations.

Victoria joins us from Bevi, where she oversaw operations with national partners such as Amtrak, and worked to ensure operational success across various company initiatives. Her passions include customizing sneakers, making homemade kombucha, and playing with her Toy Australian Shepherd!

With a background in Improv Comedy and Musical Theater, and extensive experience in customer service, Cynnie brought her dynamic “yes” attitude to Primary. When she’s not wow-ing our customers with her thoughtful care and quick wit (and maybe a show-stopping ballad, if needed), she can be found chasing her 3 kids, practicing meditation, and teaching yoga as a certified instructor.

A people person at heart, Nora brings her love of making friends and problem-solving to Primary's Wow Team. When she's not working carefully to make sure her clients have what they need and want, Nora is busy being a cat mom, crafting, and using her Film and TV Production degree from NYU Tisch to watch literally every RomCom under the sun.

New York native and fashion lover, David has worked his way up the retail chain at brands such as Adidas, Brooklyn Industries, Converse and Topshop. Retail has been an outlet for satisfying his fashion cravings and his passion for interacting and helping others which was how he came to become part of the Primary family! David is super passionate about music and songwriting and he even started working since the age of 14 just to spend it all on music. That’s passion!

Amy's extensive background in the financial services industry eventually led her to Primary where she delights us with financial advice as well as tales of growing up on an 18 acre farm or her world travels to Australia, New Zealand and Cook Islands. If we're being really good, she'll tell us the story of getting engaged on top of a glacier. We love that one.

Before joining us at Primary, Joanna gained experience auditing KPMG and doing corporate accounting at Vineyard Vines. She’s passionate about her career and enjoys problem-solving, which definitely comes in handy with her penchant for jigsaw puzzles and board games. When she’s not working, Joanna loves to travel to new places and have adventures with her friends and family!

Stephanie joins us after working on tax accounting at KPMG and corporate accounts at Vineyard Vine. (She also spent a summer in college working at Walt Disney World!) When she’s not working with numbers, Stephanie enjoys traveling with her family and friends, seeing her favorite artists in concert, and experimenting with new baking recipes.

A graduate of Brandeis University, Jen taught English in Japan before moving to NYC to work a series of marketing jobs, including at Diapers.com. Eventually she headed up email marketing at WeWork before bringing her expertise to Primary. When she's not traveling or fostering shelter kittens, Jen sometimes fosters fond memories of middle school show choir, when she donned a sparkly vest with tuxedo shorts and performed "Chattanooga Choo Choo".

Bostonian Lauren has a twin sister, loves to garden and is a self-admitted Sims and Animal Crossing addict. When she isn’t busy feeding into her vices, she helps Team Primary with all things email and retention! She has a background in textbook publishing and has worked on various marketing campaigns for architects and engineers. PS: She's the twin in blue!

A graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in Marketing, Sarah's passion for creativity and analytics intersect to form some adorable marketing campaigns. She also enjoys a complicated baking project, as well as petting other people's dogs since she's never had one of her own – a terrible injustice she hopes to overcome someday.

Prior to joining Primary, Maddie worked in digital marketing at Dorai Home and 4moms. She is a huge book nerd and loves cooking cozy comfort meals and participating in Soup Sundays in the fall and winter.

A Penn State grad with oodles of agency experience, Teddy managed digital media campaigns for brands like eBay, Crayola, Hanky Panky, Snyder's of Hanover, Duncan Hines and more. His interests include endurance sports, motorcycles, Bruce Springsteen and karaoke, which if all combined is an endurance sport of its own.

Tanya studied Visual Communication at the Berlin University of Arts then began freelancing as an illustrator and graphic designer before joining the team at Primary. She explores her creativity in a number of other ways too, including ceramics, drawing and cooking! Tanya was born in Ukraine and is a major traveling buff, fluent in four languages: Ukrainian, Russian, German and English.

Fran was born and raised in Chile and moved to the US just before high school. After earning her BFA in graphic design from Cal State Long Beach, she began designing, doing illustrative branding and photo art direction for multiple companies including a subscription box service and a self-care company called Rael. Outside of Primary, she runs a small business called Current Shapes, specializing in wearable art, homeware items, and stationery.

Franny graduated from Smith College and has brought her love for all things editorial to Primary! Before joining us, she worked in book publishing and online lifestyle media. When she's not writing puns about rainbows and footie pajamas, Franny enjoys forcing her friends to play Boggle, tracking down the nearest Mister Softee truck, and eating party subs. 

Gabby has a communications degree from SUNY Albany, and is the person behind our social channels! In addition to producing stellar content for us, she’s a connoisseur of organizing and planning trips for family and friends, watching reality TV, consuming potatoes in any and all forms, and going on adventures with her two American Bullies (the real important things in life)!

Meri brings a business degree from UMass Amherst and loads of project management from many industries, including merchandising, software development, and healthcare, to Primary. In her free time, she’s quite the creator, and enjoys crafting, crochet, sewing, and renovation projects!

Sydney has spent the last five years working in the creative production field in NYC, most recently on L’Oreal’s digital team. When she isn’t busy directing, casting, and capturing our site’s lifestyle images, she can be found indulging in her many artistic and fun hobbies, including photography, collecting and caring for house plants, meditation, cooking, and lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and camping.

Louisa joins us with a background in eCommerce in the fashion and cosmetics space. Her passion for photography and working with children led her to creating content for a private school’s website and teaching a Yearbook elective course. For leisure, she enjoys taking Hip Hop dance classes and snapping interesting pics wherever she goes! Fun fact: Louisa is a twin! 

With an extensive background in design, Anna has worked for companies such as FIGS, Hunker, and Recess Studios before joining the team at Primary. Outside of work, she devotes time to side projects like building accent tables and creating gifs. She loves taking her dog to the beach and winds down at the end of a long day by knitting and crocheting.

Toni-Ann joins Primary after years as a concert and freelance photographer. She's worked with various New York City venues and brands including Bustle, DSW, and Romper.com. Toni-Ann is a proud Disney devotee and dog mom to her golden retriever named Tallie. 

Ally has worked for brands including Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie, and VS Pink, but her favorite time to utilize her design skills is during craft time with her two kids (and favorite artists!), Jackson and June. When she's not dreaming up bright, new styles for Primary, she enjoys going to the library and hanging out with her family's Shih Tzu.

With 16 years in merchandising at J.Crew, overseeing everything from knits and sweaters to outerwear and accessories, as well as 3 years in crewcuts, Alexa brings her passion and magical merchandising skills to Primary. In addition to keeping track of inventory and leading assortment planning, she keeps track of a son, a bulldog, a baby girl (on the way), and the very particular arrangement of her desk supplies.

Alex joins Primary with a BFA from California College of the Arts and has experience working with brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, and Gap. Her hobbies include cooking, fashion illustration, and traveling. She's visited 5 continents so far and is hoping to get to all 7! But what she’s most passionate about is chasing after her twin daughters and dog, Birdie (who we LOVE having in the office).

A born and bred New Yorker and NYU Alum, Annie has been in merchandise planning her entire career. With a focus in the apparel space, she comes to Primary with experience working for Macy’s, J. Crew and most recently, Uniqulo. She has temporarily replaced all hobbies with the current task of navigating her toddler through the Terrible Twos!

With a degree in Public Relations and Economics from Rutgers University, Gabriela studied abroad in Florence, Italy for a year— sparking a tour of 8 countries and her continued passion for travel. She is also a major foodie, currently on the hunt for the best sushi in NYC! 

Genesis brings her Fashion Merchandising expertise to Primary after earning a degree from  Texas State University and working as an Associate Merchandiser at Lucky Brand. She is passionate about all things health and wellness, and enjoys cooking vegan recipes, exploring hidden gems, and finding cool new spots in NYC. Fun fact: Genesis used to compete in pageants in college! (If we had our own pageant, we’d name Genesis Queen of Healthy Snacks at Primary HQ.)

Before Primary, Holly was a planning analyst at Eloquii. She has a passion for gardening and has two outdoor gardens and a hydroponic grower indoors, which goes hand in hand with her love for cooking and learning about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle (talk about farm to table!). She is a sustainability enthusiast and is always looking for the best ways to reduce waste, compost, and more! She is also a proud pet mom to a 2-year-old Great Dane named Logan and 3-year-old cats Riley and Opie

Rachel earned a BFA in print and conceptual design from FIT prior to becoming a full-time print and pattern designer for various textile companies and an activewear brand. Along with her professional expertise, she brings a love for painting, music history, biographies, all things Harry Styles, and her two fur-nieces—Luna and Brooklyn.

Katie joins us with a degree from Marist College and experience working at The Children’s Place, Bonobos, Rockets of Awesome, and perhaps most impressively, as a catalog model in the 1980s. She enjoys seeing live music and trying out new workout classes once and then never going back. Based on this alone, she fits in very well at Primary.

Ryan has worked at big brands including American Eagle Outfitters HK, Armani Exchange, Giorgio Armani and Tom Tailor Gmbh before coming on board with us at Primary. He is passionate about apparel and building better compliance in the supply chain and has a strong belief in full transparency and product traceability. He and his wife have two wonderful children and have also adopted two more incredible kids into their family!

A graduate of The University of Kansas, Audrey’s love for the Rock Chalk Jayhawks runs deep. She comes to Primary with a background in global sourcing for MM Lafleur, Ann Taylor and Talbots. When she isn’t making sure all of our fabrics and trims are up to snuff, she can be found indulging in her other passions—she’s a yoga devotee, a coffee enthusiast, and an at-home wine sommelier!

Adrian joins Primary with prior experience working on the order management team at S’well. He's an avid hobbyist, with a passion for music, video games, mixology (count us in!), and even gymnastics — which he dabbled in during college and loved, but set aside when he learned how difficult it was to stick a handstand.

Danielle brings a degree from Hofstra University and experience at brands including Lou & Grey, Armani Exchange, and Aeropostale to Primary's product team. She loves traveling, cooking, and most of all, her childhood sleepaway camp! The love for Camp Wah-Nee runs deep in her family — her husband is also a proud alum — and they can't wait to watch their baby son go one day, too.

Emily joins the team with a degree in fashion design. Prior to her role here, she worked as a supply chain analyst for an interior fabrics company. When she isn’t busy ensuring Primary’s order fulfillment process is operating at full steam, you can find Emily traveling the globe, planning events, doing art projects, and taking pictures of her cat, Queen Kiki, who basically runs her apartment.

Kristian comes from a background in sales in companies like True Religion, Pac Sun and Zumies. He loves cooking, traveling, and cycling (when it’s nice out). He’s super passionate about music and loves to listen, play and even produce music and dreams of opening a recording studio with his brother one day. He graduated from Baruch where he studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology and was most recently at S’well for the last two years prior to starting here at Primary.

Kristin joins the team at Primary with degrees from Kansas State University and FIT, and 10+ years of prior experience at Crewcuts and Rockets of Awesome. She’s also been designing and making her own clothing since she was just eight-years-old! When she isn’t spending time with her husband, two sons, and two dogs, she enjoys dining out with friends and is an avid explorer of NYC’s Central Park.

Lori brings design experience from Gymboree, American Eagle, and Armani Exchange (among others!) to Primary. She enjoys pottery and sewing, is happiest when hiking, and hopes to design and build her own house someday. 

Nicole oversees our operations with partners in India and brings product management experience from Victoria’s Secret Pink, where she focused on swimwear. She holds a degree from Marist College, considers herself a Yankees aficionado, and enjoys photography and travel in her free time.

Sophia started her technical design journey at Iowa State University and joins us from Abercrombie & Fitch. She is passionate about spending time with loved ones, cooking, knitting, and exploring Prospect Park, and enjoys collecting textiles from around the world.

Coming from an extensive background in replatforming e-commerce sites, Alyssa has worked on 11 different websites in total and has had a focus in the kids’ industry for almost her entire professional career. She loves to spend her free time traveling and hiking and recently has been keeping busy by renovating an old fixer-upper into her dream home!

Chris comes to Primary with a degree from Point Park University and experience as a Project Manager at Thimble. He’s an avid reader, novice gardener, and Lego enthusiast, and though he’d probably be quite humble about this, his spreadsheets are some of the most impressive documents we’ve ever seen.

Yue joins the team with a BS in Chemistry and Psychology from China, as well as an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from RIT. She has a penchant for learning new things, helping people solve problems, and has even been known to dabble in audio editing, sticker drawing, clay modeling, and book translating! It is her life goal to own a boat (and be able to steer it). That goal is goals. 

In addition to being a sneaker aficionado with 6 years of experience working for Foot Locker before joining us, Margot is also a snowboarding enthusiast whose grandfather introduced her to skiing and winter sports at the age of 2. She has a passion for all things cooking and travel related and loves falling down the rabbit hole of a great true crime podcast! 

Originally from Arkansas, Lindsey graduated with a degree in Anthropology from Hendrix College. After working at various non-profits, she taught herself JavaScript and attended the Recurse Center. When not bringing her love of refactoring code to Primary, she can be found enjoying fancy cocktails, playing tennis, or at SPiN playing "competitive" ping pong with her team: Baby Got Backhand.

After pursuing a dual degree in Economics and Computer Science, Mathieu spent 10 years working in digital advertising, e-commerce, military strategy simulation and financial services before joining Primary.com. His interests include teaching his Amazon Echo useful skills, like how to prank call people and order tofu.

Before joining us at Primary as a programmer, Ethan worked as a political and cultural historian and teacher with a focus on the United States. He enjoys long bike rides, hanging out with family, and is interested in getting into the world of flying remote-controlled airplanes (he says this is the closest he’ll come to flying real airplanes, but we say that the sky’s the limit, Ethan!)

With a BS in Physics and Applied Mathematics, Matt worked in healthcare before coming to Primary. A builder at heart, Matt has crafted a computer keyboard from scratch and a RC airplane that he flies with his daughter. We consider this nothing short of wizardry. 

Before joining Primary, Daniel led the IT operations team at Blue Apron and spent time as an IT consultant specializing in ERP systems. In his free time, Daniel enjoys exploring new activities with his two kids, like tennis, hiking and random science experiments. Bonus fun fact: Daniel’s a sucker for anything Sci-Fi.

Will’s prior experiences working in telecommunications and educational technology help bring his A-game to his role as Technical Project Manager. His passions include film, photography, and baking just about anything. He also loves to listen to music on vinyl and is working on building an extensive and eclectic collection!

Prior to Primary, Arvyn was an IT engineer at BDG Media and a consultant for small businesses who did not have an IT team of their own. In his free time, Arvyn loves to cook, travel, and spend time outside.
